Зміст морального виховання учнів початкових шкіл України

Abstract

Проаналізовано особливості процесу морального виховання. Важливість морального виховання залишається актуальною у всі періоди розвитку суспільства. Моральний розвиток дитини найкраще відбувається за умови педагогічного впливу. Провідним і визначальним напрямом виховання є моральне виховання особистості. Видатний педагог В. Сухомлинський вважав, що ознакою виховної системи всебічного розвитку особистості є моральне виховання. Воно інтегрується в освітній процес, під час якого учень озброюється знаннями моральних норм і правил, вивчає моральні цінності та почуття, що є передумовою формування мотивів моральної поведінки. У молодшому шкільному віці закладаються основи формування особистості. Провідними напрямами у вихованні учнів початкової школи є: формування моральних цінностей у школярів, залучення їх до активної самостійної діяльності, формування позитивної мотивації учіння, розвиток індивідуального потенціалу кожного учня. Основна функція створення освітнього середовища, де учні виступали б активними суб’єктами належить учителю. Освіта ХХІ століття – це освіта для людини. Нестабільність світу, інтенсивність соціально-економічних і технологічних змін зумовлюють потребу вчитися впродовж життя. Сьогодні неможливо навчати традиційно: у центрі навчально-виховного процесу має бути учень. Видатний педагог Я. Корчак стверджував, що «реформи в житті дорослих слід починати в душах дітей». Тому в сучасній школі на перший план ставиться не накопичення дитиною інформації, а засвоєння нею інтелектуальних технік, які є складовими культури і невід’ємною частиною змісту освіти. Залишаються недостатньо вивченими та обґрунтованими сучасні соціально-педагогічні умови ефективності морального виховання молодших школярів у освітньому процесі. Програмою 1-4 класів передбачено виховання в учнів культури поведінки і навичок свідомої дисципліни.

The article describes the content of moral education of students. The peculiarities of the process of moral education are analyzed. The importance of moral education remains relevant in all periods of society. The moral development of the child is best done with pedagogical influence. The leading and determining direction of education is the moral education of the individual. The outstanding teacher V. Sukhomlin-sky believed that the moral education is a sign of the educational system of comprehensive personality development. It integrates into the educational process, during which the student is armed with knowledge of moral norms and rules, studies moral values and feelings, which is a prerequisite for the formation of motives for moral behavior. In younger school age the foundations of personality formation are laid. The leading directions in the education of elementary school students are: formation of moral values of students, their involvement in active independent activity, the formation of positive motivationand learning, the development of individual potential of each student. The primary function of creating an educational environment where students are active actors is the teacher’s. Education of the 21st century is a human education. The instability of the world, the intensity of socio-economic and technological change make the need to learn throughout life. Today it is impossible to teach traditionally: there must be a student at the center of the educational process. Prominent educator J. Korczak argued that "reforms in adult life should begin in the souls of children." That is why in modern school, the emphasis is not on the accumulation of information by the child, but on the acquisition of intellectual techniques that are part of the culture and an integral part of the content of education. The current social and pedagogical conditions of the effectiveness of moral education of younger students in the educational process remain insufficiently studied and substantiated. Programs 1-4 classes provide education for students of a culture of behavior and skills of conscious discipline.
