У статті розглядаються сутність загальнолюдських цінностей особистості та особливості формування їх структурних компонентів, на основі яких будується вербальна модель загальнолюдських цінностей особистості студентів класичного університету.

The article deals with the essence of human values and features of the formation of their structural components on which the verbal model of universal values of the classical university students is based. Social and personal characteristics of the student as a subject of high school are demonstrated. High school carries and reflects social preferences, needs, values, universal values of society and requires the characteristics of this social institution of society, in which the essence of the concept of "universal values" that is axiological foundation of education of the individual students traditional universities is formed and realized. On the basis of the systematic nature of the concept "universal values of students” in classical university, taken into consideration its socio-cultural determinants, we have identified four components of its structure, that reflect the properties of this axiological system. Outlined structure of motivation characterizes motivational and demanding component of the system of human values of the student in a classical university as psycho-emotional and spiritual determinant that integrates cognitive, axiological, praxiological components of the axiological system mentioned above. Systematic analysis of higher professional education proves that its structural and functional components form educative environment of the educational institution, which consists of the following subsystems as a subsystem of social communication and interaction (student’s, teacher’s community, academic groups, pedagogical staff); subsystem of formative influence on factors of professional training (determining, educative, developing and transforming); subsystem of formative influence on the minds of students (moral and ethical, legal, spiritual and aesthetic, scientific, professional, recreational). Outlined number of innovative and projective parameters finds its reflection in the visualized model of educative environment of classical university that allows us to understand and to use the patterns of its functioning to bring up effectively the human values of personality in students.
