Організація дозвілля дітей молодшого шкільного віку

Abstract

Розглянуто сучасні світові тенденції організації дозвілля дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання рекреаційних ігор в організації дозвілля на основі збільшення обсягу рухової активності та оптимізації психоемоційного стану дітей молодшого шкільного віку.

Рассмотрены современные мировые тенденции организации досуга детей младшего школьного возраста. Обоснована целесообразность использования рекреационных игр в организации досуга на основе увеличения объема двигательной активности и оптимизации психоэмоционального состояния детей младшего школьного возраста.

The modern world tendencies of organization of leisure of children of midchildhood are considered. Expediency of the use of the recreational playing is reasonable organization of leisure on the basis of increase of volume of motive activity and optimization of the psycho-state of children of midchildhood. With a transition from preschool education to the systematic studies at school for the children of midchildhood the volume of motive activity diminishes on 50 a natural requirement is ignored in motive activity. In this connection, most children have a not mobile way of life : at school - after school desks, at home - before television and computer that stipulates the high level of morbidity : move small - are anymore ill. Thus, there is a problem of organization of active leisure of children of midchildhood. The alternative way of decision of this problem, in our view, the use of recreational games is during organization of leisure of children of midchildhood. Recreational and games stimulate mental development, regulating and deepening an idea about an environment, developing attention, memory, observation. After their help it is possible to bring up moral internals: boldness, decision, honesty, sense of sociability, to develop physical internals. The systematic engaging in movable recreational games promote positively influence on the indexes of the state of health. In connection with the above-mentioned, bringing in of children of midchildhood to the systematic engaging in recreational games after the aim of forming of skills of healthy way of life and increase of physical health level is actual.
