Увага до цього напрямку досліджень пояснюється пошуком можливостей реалізації диференційованого підходу до фізичного виховання шляхом його індивідуалізації на основі показників властивостей нервових процесів.

This article says about peculiarities of change of a respiration rate at boys of 6 years are considered at an physical load. The attention to this direction of researches speaks search of possibility of realization of the differentiated approach in physical training by its individualization on the basis of indicators of properties of the nervous processes. The research of adaptive possibilities of child's body to physical activity is one of the central problems of age physiology, sports medicine and pedagogy. An important area of health promotion is to educate children motor skills based on individual approach to the physical load. Substantiated the role of individual-typological peculiarities of higher nervous activity in the of professional selection in adults, in determining the individual levels of physiological expenses when performing mental work, in providing of adaptive reactions to emotional stress. Unfortunately, not enough studied are features of formation of adaptive reactions of external respiration to physical to physical exertion from children of primary school age with different levels of properties of nervous processes. Distribution of children into groups by level indicators of functional mobility and strength of the nervous processes revealed features of adaptive reactions of the respiratory system to physical stress. The task of the research was to identify the particular changes in indicators respiratory rate in boys 6 years with different levels of functional mobility and strength of the nervous processes during their physical loading relative power of 1,5 Watt/kg. During the execution of exercise capacity of 1,5 watts/kg of body weight in children with low levels of functional mobility and strength of the nervous processes indicators of respiration rate were the highest, and in children with a high level - the lowest. Changes of respiration rate in the first, second and third minute of exercise performance capacity of 1,5 watts/kg of body weight in subgroups of children with high, middle and low levels of functional mobility and strength of the nervous processes had multidirectional nature. Within three minutes of physical exercise capacity of 1,5 watts/kg of body weight for all children 6 years of age, within each subgroup with high, medium and low levels of the properties of the nervous processes, indicators of respiration rate changed statistically significant (p>0,05). At the same time, the difference between the performance of respiration rate between subgroups of children with different levels of properties of nervous processes was statistically significant.
