Проблемне навчання і функції рухової навички

Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанням теорії і практики навчання рухових навичок. У роботі здійснений логіко-методологічний аналіз: проблемності навчання як принципу дидактики, рівнів проблемності у пізнавальній активності та самостійність, принципу доступності його вимоги, правила і умови легкості у навчанні рухових діям; природи розвитку системи протиріч, діалектичні протиріччя та розвиток регуляції системи рухів і дій; психофізіологічних механізмів регуляції рухів, зокрема, енергетичної, м'язової синергії, регулятори рухів простором дії, предметом та їх смислові й символічні регулятори. Використані системний аналіз рухової дії, педагогічний експеримент, методи проблемності, моделювання, спостереження і самоспостереження піддослідних.

Статья посвящена вопросам теории и практики обучения двигательных навыков. В работе осуществлен логико-методологический анализ: проблемности обучения как принципа дидактики, уровней проблемности в познавательной активности и самостоятельность, принципа доступности его требования, правила и условия простоты в обучении двигательных действий; природа развития системы противоречий, диалектические противоречия, развитие регуляции системы движений и действий; психофизиологические механизмы регуляции движений, в частности, энергетической, мышечной синергии, регуляторов движений пространством действия, предметом и смысловые и символические их регуляторы.

This article is devoted to the theory and practice of movement skills training. During the research logical and methodological analysis was carried out: training problematics as the principle of didactics, levels of problematic of the cognitive activity and independence of the availability principle, its requirements, rules and conditions in the process movement skills training; nature of the conflicts system, dialectic contradictions and the development of the regulation of movement and action systems; psychophysiological mechanisms of movements regulation , in particular energetic and muscle synergies, motor system regulators in spaces, subject and their sense bearing and symbolic regulators. In this research systematic analysis of movement skills, pedagogical experiment, problematical methods, modeling, observation and introspection of experimental subject. Problematics of training influence positively on volitive states of the student sensory-perceptual skills, movement regulators and results problematic actions. Problem-based training improves movement skills, its aesthetic properties of reflection, designing and solution of problematic tasks; properties of the action as an act of mastering it and actions as micro stage of its development. Programs of a usage of problematic training in movement skills training with the principle of an availability of the system conflicts, which contribute skills regulation. With help of main components of the problematics of the movement skills training which were theoretically explained it was found out that the problematic training of movement skills its content is described as didactics principle and its content: a) management actions of the teacher, b) pedagogical category which determines student activity, c) Perception of the problem, d) creation of the hypotheses and assumptions in the process of study.
