Оцінка показників форсованої спірометрії у студентів ігрових видів спорту

Abstract

Стаття присвячена функціональному аналізу апарату зовнішнього дихання студентів спортсменів ігрових видів спорту. З’ясовано, що рівень функціональних резервів апарату зовнішнього дихання за показниками форсованої спірометрії у спортсменів ігрових видів спорту – вище середнього. Проведена оцінка динамічних показників дихання може бути використана при побудові тренувального процесу та сприятиме ефективному професійному відбору та спортивній орієнтації студентів факультету фізичного виховання.

Статья посвящена функциональному анализу аппарата внешнего дыхания студентов разной спортивной специализации. Выяснено, что уровень функциональных резервов аппарата внешнего дыхания по показателям форсированной спирометрии у спортсменов игровых видов спорта – выше среднего. Проведённая оценка динамических показателей аппарата внешнего дыхания может быть использована при построении тренировочного процесса и способствовать эффективному профессиональному отбору и спортивной ориентации студентов факультета физического воспитания.

The article is devoted to the assessment of forced spirometry indices of sportsmen of competitive sports. In this experimental investigation took part 30 students (18-19 years of age) from Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko. Dynamic indices, which define the state of lung aeration, bronchial patency, respiratory mechanics of sportsmen of competitive sports, have been analyzed. The results of the investigation confirm assumption about positive changes of dynamic volumetric parameters of forced expiration as a result of sports trainings, so far as obtained values FVC, FEV1 of sportsmen exceed average values of healthy human beings in dominant equilibrium; time and speed parameters of forced expiration remained within limits of standard value indices. Analyzed indices indicate sufficient level of functional preparedness of respiration system of students. It has been discovered that typical adaptive changes of external respiration system of sportsmen of competitive sports are followed by improvement of functional possibilities of external respiration apparatus, especially strength and tolerance of respiratory muscles. Obtained results have been compared to other investigators` data from different regions of Ukraine. Conducted assessment of forced spirometry indices may be used for erecting the training process, which will promote effective professional selection and sports orientation of students of faculty of physical education. The prospects of individual planning improvement of the training process and professional selection of students of faculty of physical education have been described on the basis of the analysis of indices of forced spirometry.
