На основі аналізу науково - методичної літератури та узагальнення практичного досвіду було досліджено сучасний стан особливостей професійної діяльності тренера в спорті з урахуванням проблеми особистісних детермінант вигорання. Виявлено особистісні передумови професійної діяльності тренерів, що визначають виникнення емоційної напруженості. Визначено особистісні детермінанти професійного вигорання тренерів.
На основе анализа научно – методической литературы и обобщения практического опыта изучены современное состояние особенностей профессиональной деятельности тренера в спорте с учётом проблемы личностных детерминант выгорания.
