Даються педагогічне визначення професійно важливих якостей, які орієнтовані на професійну фізичну культуру; ця культура сприяє набуттю навичок, необхідних в даній професії а також сприяє автоматизації професійних рухів.
At work activities we deal with the necessity of fast and qualitative mastering various complex moving actions. For this it is required a high level of developing moving capabilities among them the ability for mastering complex coordinative movements has the primary meaning. At some cases a fulfillment of work actions is complicated because of various restrictions. These are dangerous conditions of professional activities; harmful factors of production as well as certain nuances of structure professional actions themselves. At this conditions it is necessary the search of means on which abovenamed restrictions would not be spread; at the same time these means have to give neccessive training effect. Developing professionally oriented physical culture is connected with learning physiological and psychological bases of a human’s adaptation to work kinds of moving activeness. Learning is neccesary for understanding processes which are important for developing work skills as specifical reflex systems – the work dynamic stereotypes; forming ones is the favorable factor for fast adaptation to all requirement of profession; it lighten attaining skills which are neccessive at given profession; it promotes automatization of professional actions. For scientific ground of the professional physical culture the notions about mechanisms of moving skills have the great importance as well as about regularities of their forming and transfer. For forming skill of doing new moving action there are necessary the certain knowledge about this moving action; initial moving experience and overall physical preparing. Appearance of skill is accompanied by constant search of adequate method of doing action with the help of the leading role of conscieousness.
