Підготовка фахівців з фізичного виховання в контексті реформування вищої освіти

Abstract

В статті акцентовано на основних проблемах, які виникають у процесі підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі фізичного виховання. Розкрито значення та необхідність поліпшення умов підготовки фахівців фізичного виховання, з’ясовано такі поняття, як фізична культура, фізичне виховання, конкурентоздатність.

В статье представлены основные проблемы, которые возникают в процессе подготовки будущих специалистов в области физического воспитания. Раскрыто значение и необходимость улучшения условий подготовки специалистов физического воспитания, уточнены такие понятия, как физическая культура, физическое воспитание, конкурентоспособность.

The article focuses on major problems, which arise in the process of preparing future specialists in the field of physical education. The article discloses the importance and the necessity of improving training conditions in physical education. It has defined concepts such as physical culture, physical training, competitiveness. The article clarifies problems faced by young specialists in preparation for their future career in the field of physical education. The most important component of professional preparation of specialists in physical training is development of pedagogical skills. In that way we can determine the preparation level of young specialists. This will clearly indicate their further progress in professional activity. The important role of preparation future specialists in physical training and sport to professional activity includes such factor as a training competitiveness. The professional competence of specialists in physical training and sport in their future career is defined of such abilities as: to plan, implement, resolve, orientate, enrich and strive for perfection. All these qualities should be logically combined with each other in practical and theoretical activities of physical education specialists. The questionnaire surveys conducted at the University allows to make conclusions about the level and the state of preparation of future specialists in physical education. Identified weaknesses in the preparation of specialists discovered in the survey must be removed. Due to the fast society development it needs specialists who will be able to make decisions, implement them and if it is necessary to modify.
