У статті визначено низку актуальних питань вдосконалення керівних документів з фізичної підготовки та спорту у Збройних Силах, інших військових формуваннях і правоохоронних органах України, а також проведено їх аналіз.
В статье определено ряд актуальных вопросов совершенствования руководящих документов по физической подготовке и спорту в Вооруженных Силах, других воинских формированиях и правоохранительных органах Украины, а также проведен их анализ.
Nowadays military and political events show rapid changes in the conduct of warfare, military equipment and weapons. It requires timely improving of both practical and theoretical aspects of officers’ physical training. It’s known that in peacetime the personnel of the Armed Forces, other military units and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine perform various tasks which are both different and similar as well. At the same time, military and emergency states may require to perform a number of similar and identical tasks. It’s brightly confirmed by 2014 – 15 events within the ATO in the east of our country. Taking into account that physical training is one of the main subjects of military and professtional training of the military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces, other military units and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, its theoretical foundations, contents, forms, methods and management issues need to be constantly improved. These issues usually make up the basis of the current key documents on physical training of military personnel. Therefore, this article has a number of actual recommendations on how physical training and sports in the Armed Forces, other military units and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, to improve. Moreover, the analysis of them has been prepared. This analysis was carried out systematically in the following areas: theoretical (conceptual) basis (goal, tasks and principles) of physical training; process of physical improvement (training exercises, techniques and actions), development of physical skills and psychological qualities as well as assembling of military (professional) units of servicemen; managing the process of physical improvement (management, control, accounting, supply and its implementation) of servicemen.
