Професійна самостійність керівника сфери фізичного виховання та спорту

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі професійної самостійності керівника сфери фізичного виховання та спорту. З’ясовано значення професійної самостійності для керівників, місце в процесі їхньої професійної діяльності. Проаналізовано результати індивідуального оцінювання керівниками важливості і наявності у них професійної самостійності. Зазначено, що саме оцінка професійної самостійності, її формування нині є перспективним напрямком удосконалення діяльності сучасного керівника у фізичному вихованні та спорті.

Статья посвящена проблеме профессиональной самостоятельности руководителя сферы физического воспитания и спорта. Определено значение профессиональной самостоятельности для руководителей, в процессе их профессиональной деятельности. Проанализированы результаты индивидуального оценивания руководителями важности и наличия у них профессиональной самостоятельности. В настоящее время перспективным направлением совершенствования деятельности современного руководителя сферы физического воспитания и спорта является оценка и формирование профессиональной самостоятельности.

Professionally trained manager, characterized by a number of qualities and characteristics is necessary for successful working of the organization or institution of the sphere of physical education and sport. Professional independence as one of the important characteristics of a person is realized in the professional activity of the leader who can act independently and responsibly, analyze situation and find the best way out of it, orientate quickly in the professional work. The aim of the work is to research professional independence of the leader of the sphere of physical education and sport. Research’s objectives: 1. To determine the importance of the professional independence for the leaders and its place in the process of their activity. 2. To make analysis of the results of the leaders’ individual estimation of the importance and presence of professional independence. The research was carried out in the real conditions of the leaders’ professional activity in two stages; 71 persons took part in it. At the first stage we analyzed the conditions of the professional activity, surveyed and monitored the work of the leaders of sports schools and heads of sports federations of Kirovograd region. In the process of survey, 81.7% (58 persons) supported the importance of the professional independence as fundamental quality of modern leaders and the needs of its formation; 77.47% of respondents regard it as the main characteristic in the process of leader’s activity. At the second stage respondents estimated the importance and presence of the professional independence in their activities by a five-point scale. The majority of respondents highly appreciate the importance of the leader’s professional independence (4.4), however, experts note the presence of low level of leader’s professional independence (3.5) and they consider to form professional independence as one of the important characteristics of the leader. The estimation of the process of forming of professional independence is the perspective direction of improving of the activity of the modern leader in the sphere of physical education and sport.
