У статті проведений аналіз наукової літератури, що розкриває різні підходи до змістовного наповнення поняття “професійна підготовка”, визначається сутність професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури. Обгрунтовується потреба професійної підготовки майбутнього вчителя до формування морально-вольових якостей у старшокласників.
В статье осуществлен анализ научной литературы, который раскрывает разные подходы к содержательному наполнению понятия “профессиональная подготовка”, определяется сущность профессиональной подготовки будущего учителя физической культуры. Обосновывается потребность профессиональной подготовки будущего учителя физической культуры к формированию морально-волевых качеств у старшекласcников.
The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and practice has allowed to say that at the present stage of modernization of the educational sphere the problem of professional training of future teacher for the various activities is very important. In the article we have made an analysis of the scientific literature revealed different approaches to the definition of “professional training”. It was found that the essence of professional preparation of future teacher of physical training consists of the acquirement of professional knowledge, skills and the necessary personal and professional qualities that will be used to encourage the development of the high school pupils. The necessity and features of preparation of future teacher of physical training to the formation of moral and volitional qualities in pupils. It should mentioned that for the successful educational work future teacher of physical training must learn certain additional theoretical material and acquire relevant practical activities. We presented the special course is an integral part of the system of theoretical and special training of the future teacher of physical training for the formation of moral and volitional qualities in high school pupils. Its objectives are: − to give future teachers of physical training the system of knowledge, abilities and skills about moral and volitional qualities, and to get acquainted with the methods, means of their formation; − provide interest and intensify training of future teacher to the formation of moral and volitional qualities among the high school pupils; − to attract future teacher of physical training to practical activity on this issue; to influence the development of professional qualities of the personality of the of student and especially moral and volitional qualities.
