Described the English shrub rose 'Emily Bronte' named after celebrating the bicentenary of the birth of the novelist. The rose was presented by breeder David Austin in 2018. Given the characteristics of the rose. 'Wuthering Heights', novel by Emily Brontë published in 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell, is a novel of romance, revenge, and tragedy. It exhibits many characteristics of the so-called Gothic novel, which focuses on dark, mysterious events. The authers remembered a feature film 'Wuthering Heights' (1992) directed by Peter Kosminsky adapted of Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel 'Wuthering Heights'.
