Формування фахових компетентностей в майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації та фізичного виховання у ВНЗ

Abstract

У статті розкрито проблему формування фахових компетентностей на засадах компетентнісного орієнтованого навчання студентів у ВНЗ. Обґрунтовано науково перелік фахових компетентностей майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації та фізичного виховання, подано опис результатів навчання студентів за напрямом підготовки «Здоров’я людини» та за спеціальністю «Фізичне виховання та спорт». Доведено, що основними категоріями навчання на засадах компетентнісного підходу є компетентності та результати навчання.

В статье раскрыто проблему формирования профессиональных компетенций на основе компетентностно ориентированного обучения студентов в ВУЗе. Обоснованно научно перечень профессиональных компетентностей будущих специалистов по физической реабилитации и физическому воспитанию, дано описание результатов обучения студентов по направлению «Здоровье человека» и по специальности «Физическое воспитание и спорт». Доказано, что основными категориями обучения на основе компетентностного подхода являются компетентности и результаты обучения.

In the article the problem of formation of professional competencies based on competency based learning students in high school. Scientifically substantiated list of professional competence of future specialists in physical rehabilitation and physical education contains a description of learning outcomes of students in the direction of «Human Health» and specialty «Physical education and sport». Proved that the main categories of training on the basis of competence approach is competence and learning outcomes. The introduction of competence approach in the training of future specialists in physical rehabilitation and physical education in the physical education requires appropriate scientific and methodological support, which serves an educational program. When the results of the study refers to integral factor that needs to know and understand the student to be able to demonstrate skills after graduation. Learning outcomes can be attributed to a single module or as to the period of study (education first, second or third cycle). After all, they determine the requirements for awarding credits. Based learning studentotsentrychnoho put the idea to provide students with maximum chances to get the first job in the labor market, increasing their "value" of employers (suitability for employment), thereby satisfying the actual needs of the latter. That is why there can be no opposition of learning outcomes competences, because between them is profound dialectical unity, integration of learning outcomes in their dynamic combination results in the acquisition by students corresponding competencies; while mastering certain competence requires mastering the specific knowledge, skills, learning outcomes.
