Навчально-методичне забезпечення ІТ підтримки освіти молодших школярів з інтелектуальними порушеннями

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано навчально-методичне забезпечення інклюзивного навчання учнів початкової школи в умовах становлення Нової української школи. Охарактеризовано особливості розвитку дітей з інтелектуальними порушеннями в умовах інформаційного освітнього простору. Обгрунтовано, що використаня комп’ютерних та мультимедійних ресурсів на уроках, розширює простір для реалізації можливостей кожної дитини, робить навчання успішним і комфортним, особистісно-орієнтовним та мобільним, а також оптимізує навчальний процес загалом. Впровадження хмарних технологій у процес інклюзивного навчання учнів з інтелектуальними порушеннями забезпечує позитивні тенденції у формування їх інформаційно-комунікаційних компетентностей. Доведено, що інклюзивне навчання учнів початкової школи з інтелектуальними порушеннями буде результативним та більш повним за наявності розробленого, законодавчо затвердженого навчально-методичного забезпечення, яке враховує та використовує можливості інформаційних технологій.

В статье проанализированы учебно-методическое обеспечение инклюзивного обучения учащихся начальной школы в условиях становления Новой украинской школы. Охарактеризованы особенности развития детей с интеллектуальными нарушениями в условиях информационного образовательного пространства. Обосновано, что использование компьютерных и мультимедийных ресурсов на уроках, расширяет пространство для реализации возможностей каждого ребенка, делает обучение успешным и комфортным, личностно-ориентировочным и мобильным, а также оптимизирует учебный процесс в целом. Внедрение облачных технологий в процесс инклюзивного обучения учащихся с интеллектуальными нарушениями обеспечивает положительные тенденции в формирование их информационно-коммуникационных компетентностей. Доказано, что инклюзивное обучение учащихся начальной школы с интеллектуальными нарушениями будет результативным и более полным при наличии разработанного, законодательно утвержденного учебно-методического обеспечения, которое учитывает и использует возможности информационных технологий.

The article analyzes the educational and methodological support of inclusive education of primary school students in the conditions of forming of the New Ukrainian School. The features of development of children with intellectual disabilities in the conditions of informational educational space are characterized. The purpose of the article is to analyze educational and methodological support of inclusive education of younger students junior pupils with intellectual disabilities regarding the peculiarities and possibilities of using informative technologies. It is justified that the usage of computer and multimedia resources in the classroom, widens the space for the realization of each child's capabilities, makes learning successful and comfortable, personally-oriented and mobile, and optimizes the learning process in general. The effectiveness of educational and methodological computer-aided support for the learning process of junior pupils with intellectual disabilities depends largely on the skillful selection and usage of software. The introduction of cloud technologies into the process of inclusive education of students with intellectual disabilities provides positive trends in the forming of their informative and communicative competences in general. Given that students with intellectual disabilities have some complications when studying mathematics, the most commonly used services to create teaching material in a specific subject are considered. The usage of informative and communicative technologies helps in the preparation of a student who has intellectual disabilities to independent life in the conditions of the informative society: develops thinking, communication abilities, shapes the ability to make the best decision, shapes the informative culture, etc. It is proved that the inclusive education of elementary school students with intellectual disabilities will be effective and more complete if there is a developed, legally approved educational and methodological support that takes into account and uses the opportunities of informative technologies. Lessons with the usage of informative and communicative technologies should become commonplace for primary school students with intellectual disabilities and for teachers as a norm of work, which, in our opinion, is one of the important phenomena of using innovations in work in an inclusive environment that contribute to the effectiveness of educational activities of the modern institution.
