Взаємодія у роботі співробітників спеціального закладу дошкільної освіти для дітей із тяжкими порушеннями мовлення

Abstract

У статті розкривається питання взаємозв’язку у роботі фахівців спеціального закладу дошкільної освіти: вчителя-логопеда, вихователя, музичного керівника, практичного психолога, соціального педагога та медичного персоналу. Особлива увага приділяється наступності в роботі логопеда і вихователя, розподілу їх функцій і взаємодії у навчально-корекційній роботі з дітьми. Описано завдання, які виконує музичний керівник у співдружності з логопедом, окреслено функції соціального педагога та медичного персоналу. Розкрито можливості впливу скоординованої взаємодії спеціалістів на ефективне подолання мовленнєвих та психофізичних труднощів, на загальний розвиток дітей з тяжкими порушеннями мовлення.

В статье раскрывается вопрос взаимосвязи в работе специалистов специального учреждения дошкольного образования: учителя-логопеда, воспитателя, музыкального руководителя, психолога, социального педагога и медицинского персонала. Особое внимание уделяется преемственности в работе логопеда и воспитателя, распределения их функций и взаимодействия в учебно-коррекционной работе с детьми. Описаны задачи, которые выполняет музыкальный руководитель в содружестве с логопедом, очерчены функции социального педагога и медицинского персонала. Раскрыты возможности влияния координированного взаимодействия специалистов на эффективное преодоление речевых, психофизических трудностей и общее развитие детей с тяжёлыми нарушениями речи.

This article raises an issue of interaction between different specialists of the special preschool institution, such as speech therapists, preschool teachers, music teachers, psychologists, social care teachers and medical staff. Special attention is given to continuity in work of the speech therapist and preschool teacher, division of their functions and cooperation in teaching and correction work with children. The article describes the division of tasks and continuality in work of speech therapist and preschool teacher. The article gives description of specific types of work of preschool teacher, which he/she performs on the request of speech therapist, and of documentation, in which this information is recorded. It is shown how the results of the diagnostic work of preschool teacher and speech therapist influence the process of division of children into different subgroups and planning of educational and correction work with them. The article describes main functions of speech therapist of a special preschool institution, such as diagnostic, preventive, corrective, organizational, advisory, control and evaluation. The corrective tasks of speech therapist are described in detail. The content of music education classes, given by music teacher, is described. The importance of speech therapy in the process of correction of speech disorders in children is revealed. The article describes health-promoting, educational and correction issues, which are solved by teachers during speech therapy rhythm lessons. The organizational and informative aspects of cooperation between speech therapist and music teacher in preparation and giving of joint lessons are highlighted. The content and tasks of professional activity of a special psychologist in a special preschool institution are described. The article stresses the importance of close cooperation in work of the psychologist with other specialists of preschool institution. The articles outlines functions and content of work of a social teacher in a special preschool institution. It contains the list of positions of medical staff according to the "Regulation on a preschool educational institution", and describes the functional duties of medical staff of a preschool institution. The article describes influence of the integrated approach of specialists for the effective overcoming of speech, psychophysical difficulties and the general development of children with speech impairments.
