Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології як засіб формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з комп’ютерної інженерії

Abstract

Проаналізовано поняття «інформаційні технології», «комп’ютерні технології» та «інформаційно-комунікаційні технології». Визначено зміст поняття «професійна компетентність майбутнього фахівця з комп’ютерної інженерії» як інтегральну характеристику особистості фахівця, що поєднує наявність знань, умінь і навичок у галузі інформатики й обчислювальної техніки та професійно важливих якостей, які забезпечують ефективне здійснення ним професійної діяльності з обслуговування комп’ютерних систем і мереж. У контексті формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з комп’ютерної інженерії під поняттям «інформаційно-комунікаційна технологія» (ІКТ) розуміємо педагогічні технології, що передбачають використання спеціальних програмних і технічних інформаційних засобів (Інтернет-технології, мультимедійні програмні засоби, офісне та спеціалізоване програмне забезпечення, електронні посібники й підручники, програми-тренажери, словники, енциклопедії, відеоуроки тощо) для роботи з інформацією. В освітній практиці ІКТ використовується в трьох варіантах: «проникаюча » (застосовується в процесі вивчення певних тем, розділів для розв’язання конкретних дидактичних завдань); «основна » (визначальна, особливо в складі технологій програмованої та дистанційної форм навчання тощо); монотехнологія (увесь процес навчання й управління, всі види діагностики та моніторинг, ґрунтується на використанні комп’ютера). Конкретизовано дидактичні можливості й переваги використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій; виокремлено переваги їх використання в освітньому процесі. Використання ІКТ дає можливість вирішувати такі актуальні завдання: 1) використовувати в навчанні здобутки новітніх інформаційних технологій; 2) удосконалювати навички самостійної роботи студентів в інформаційних базах даних, мережі Інтернет; 3) поліпшити засвоєння студентами знань, зробити процес навчання цікавішим і змістовнішим; 4) здійснювати контроль рівня засвоєння знань студентами. Наведено вимоги до застосування ІКТ та виокремлено функції, які вони виконують в освітній практиці підготовки майбутніх фахівців з комп’ютерної інженерії.

The article analyzes the concept of «information technologies», «computer technologies» and «information and communication technologies». The content of the concept «professional competence of the future specialist in computer engineering» is defined as the integral characteristic of the personality of the specialist, which combines the knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of computer science and computer technology and professionally important qualities that ensure his/her effective implementation of professional maintenance of the computer systems and networks. In the context of the formation of the professional competence of the future specialists in computer engineering under the concept of «information and communication technology» (ICT) we understand that it is a pedagogical technology that provides the use of special software and technical information tools (Internet technologies, multimedia software, office and specialized software, electronic manuals and textbooks, simulators, dictionaries, encyclopedias, video lessons etc.) in order to work with information. In the educational practice, ICT is used in three ways: «Penetrating» (used in the process of studying certain topics, sections for solution of specific didactic tasks); «Basic» (defining, especially as a part of the programmed and distance learning technologies etc); monotechnology (the whole process of learning and management, all kinds of diagnostics and monitoring are based on the use of a computer). The didactic possibilities and advantages of using information and communication technologies are specified; the advantages of their use in the educational process are singled out. The use of ICT enables to solve the following urgent tasks: 1) to use the latest information technologies achievements in teaching; 2) to improve the skills of the students′ independent work in the information databases, Internet networks; 3) to improve the students' knowledge of knowledge, to make the learning process more interesting and meaningful; 4) to control the level of students' learning. The requirements for the use of ICT are outlined and the functions that they perform in the educational practice of training future specialists in computer engineering are specified.
