Моральне виховання молодших школярів: педагогіка партнерства в новій українській школі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі морального виховання молодших школярів. Доведено, що однією з умов здійснення морального виховання молодших школярів є взаємодія закладу освіти та сім’ї вихованця. З’ясовано, що в умовах реформування освіти така взаємодія згідно із Законом України «Про освіту», Концепцією «Нова українська школа» реалізується як педагогіка партнерства, за умови якої спільна діяльність закладів освіти та сім’ї спрямована на формування всебічного розвитку молодшого школяра. Основними соціальними інститутами, де найбільше перебуває дитина молодшого шкільного віку, та які мають найістотніший вплив на формування особистості дитини, є родина та заклад освіти, де здобуває освіту школяр. Інтеграція їхніх виховних зусиль сприятиме вдосконаленню здійснення морального виховання. Сім’я є міні-моделлю суспільства. У сім’ї відбувається первинне формування моральних якостей дитини, тут вона знайомиться з моральними нормами, прийнятими у суспільстві, формуються ціннісні орієнтації. Приклад взаємодії членів родини з оточуючими, їхні вчинки стають прикладом поведінки для зростаючої особистості. Проте, враховуючи швидкий плин сьогодення, батьки не приділяють часу та належної уваги проблемі виховання дитини. Досить суттєвою причиною також є недостатня педагогізація батьків або ж взагалі її відсутність. Рішенням такої проблеми може бути співпраця батьків із закладами освіти, в процесі якої з батьками можуть бути проведені різні форми роботи з питань виховної взаємодії з їхніми дітьми. Важливу роль у здійсненні морального виховання у молодшому шкільному віці відіграє заклад початкової освіти, де навчається дитина. Освітній процес (з усіма його складниками), особистість учителя та його авторитет, стиль педагогічної діяльності та взаємодії з учнями й оточуючими теж впливають на моральну вихованість дітей. Реалізовується співпраця між закладом початкової освіти та родиною шляхом вироблення поля спільної виховної діяльності, визначення мети, завдань, вимог та шляхів реалізації морального виховання. Таким чином, спільні зусилля закладу освіти та сім’ї в моральному вихованні молодших школярів дадуть змогу сформувати життєві цінності, моральні норми та правила, здатності до роботі у команді, підвищення самооцінки зростаючої особистості.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of moral education of younger students. It is proved that one of the conditions for realization of moral education of younger students is the interaction of the educational institution and the family of the pupil. It is found that in the context of education reform, such interaction under the Law of Ukraine «On Education», the Concept of «New Ukrainian School» is implemented as a pedagogy of partnership, under which the joint activity of educational institutions and families aimed at shaping the comprehensive development of the younger student. The main social institutes where the youngest school-age child is most and which have the most significant influence on the formation of the child’s personality are the family and the educational institution where the schoolboy receives his education. The integration of their educational efforts will help to improve moral education. Family is a mini-model of society. In the family, the primary formation of the moral qualities of the child takes place, where she becomes acquainted with the moral norms adopted in society, and values are formed. An example of the interaction of family members with others, their actions become an example of behavior for a growing personality. However, given the rapid current, parents do not pay time or attention to the problem of raising a child. The lack of pedagogical education of the parents, or even the absence thereof, is also a significant cause. The solution to this problem may be the cooperation of parents with educational institutions, in the process of which various forms of work on educational interaction with their children can be carried out with parents. An important element in the implementation of moral education in primary school age is played by the institution of primary education where the child studies. The educational process (with all its components), the personality of the teacher and his authority, the style of pedagogical activity and interaction with students and others also affect the moral upbringing of children. The cooperation between the elementary education institution and the family is realized by developing the field of joint educational activity, defining the purpose, tasks, requirements and ways of realization of moral education. In this way, joint efforts of the educational institution and the family in the moral education of the younger students will allow to form life values, moral norms and rules, ability to work in a team, increase self-esteem of the growing personality.
