Сучасна парадигма лiнгвометафорологiчних дослiджень: інтегративні тенденції

Abstract

У статті розглядаються актуальні питання методологічних засад вивчення метафори в контексті сучасної парадигми лiнгвометафорологiчних дослiджень. Лінгвометафорологія є новим інтегративним напрямом лінгвістики XXI ст., яке знаходиться поки що у стадії формування. На підставі аналізу основних публікацій у даній галузі висвітлено окремі методологічні аспекти дослідження метафори крізь призму інтегративних процесів. Наводяться аргументи щодо інтегративних тенденцій у лінгвометафорології на сучасному етапі її розвитку.

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы методологических основ изучения метафоры в контексте современной парадигмы лингвометафорологических исследований. Лингвометафорология является новым интегративным направлением лингвистики XXI в., которое еще находится в стадии формирования. На основе анализа имеющихся публикаций в данной области освещаются отдельные методологические аспекты исследования метафоры через призму интегративных процессов. Приводятся аргументы в пользу того, что лингвометафорология на современном этапе ее развития характеризуется интегративностью.

The article deals with the topical issues of methodological fundamentals of the linguometaphorological research modern paradigm. Linguometaphorology is a new actively growing scientific discipline that emerged through advances in linguistics of the XXI century. It is a new integrative direction of linguistics; its theoretical and methodological base is still being developed. The analysis of the main publications in this direction highlights the main methodological aspects of the metaphor research in the light of integrative processes. However, since differential process, as a dialectical opposite of integrative process, also finds its way in modern research of metaphor, it makes sense rather to speak of integrative-differential processes with integrative process as a dominant one. Within the framework of the research study a metaphor is understood as an integrated mental-verbal construct that at the same time is a result of a mental-verbal activity of a man. The findings reveal the role of cross-disciplinary complex approaches to the study of metaphor, and significance of holistic principle of knowledge representation; suggest that methodological base undergirding modern linguometaphorological research is typified by integrative tendencies. This leads to methodological synergy and increases heuristic potential. Integrative study of methodological fundamentals of modern linguometaphorological research will contribute to the formation of its theoretical and methodological base as an independent scientific discipline.
