Теоретичні засади вивчення проблеми впровадження соціальної роботи із вразливими сім’ями та дітьми в умовах об’єднаних територіальних громад

Abstract

У статті здійснено спробу аналізу науково-педагогічної літератури з проблеми соціальної роботи в умовах об’єднаних територіальних громад вцілому та з дітьми із вразливих сімей зокрема. Надано визначення дефініцій “вразлива сім’я” та “об’єднана територіальна громада”. З’ясовано особливості організації соціальної роботи з дітьми із вразливих сімей в умовах об’єднаних територіальних громад. Досліджено зміст та форми соціальної роботи з дітьми із вразливих сімей в умовах об’єднаних територіальних громад, які класифіковано відповідно до таких завдань: 1) профілактика, попередження складних життєвих обставин; 2) мінімізація, подолання складних життєвих обставин; 3) захист дитини/особи. Для вирішення кожного з поставлених завдань визначено спеціальні форми та методи роботи фахівця з соціальної роботи.

The article attempts to analyze scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of social work in the united territorial communities in general and with children from vulnerable families in particular. The notions of “vulnerable family” and “united territorial community” are defined. The peculiarities of organization of social work with vulnerable families and their children in the united territorial communities are revealed. The content and forms of social work with children from vulnerable families in the conditions of the united territorial communities are defined and classified in accordance with the following tasks: 1) prevention of difficult life circumstances; 2) minimization, overcoming of difficult life circumstances; 3) child/person protection. In order to solve each of the tasks were defined special forms and methods of work of a specialist on social work.
