Потенціал тренінгових технологій у військово-професійній підготовці майбутніх офіцерів

Abstract

У статті аналізується психолого-педагогічна проблема, яка стосується підвищення ефективності процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів у вищих військових навчальних закладах. Характер професійної діяльності військовослужбовців, які безпосередньо беруть участь у бойових діях, пов’язаний з умовами постійної екстремальності: відповідальність за життя і здоров’я особового складу, виконання завдань за призначенням, потреба в ухваленні виваженого рішення в умовах впливу психотравмуючих чинників тощо. Незважаючи на значний інтерес науковців до проблеми впливу професії на особистість, нині практично відсутні дослідження щодо наявності та особливостей формування та розвитку механізмів контролю психоемоційної напруги у військовослужбовців, що взаємопов’язані із виконанням професійних обов’язків, а також їх визначальним впливом на успішність діяльності, від якої значною мірою залежать результати дій за призначенням майбутніх офіцерів Збройних сил України. Професійна підготовка майбутніх фахівців у вищих навчальних закладах передбачає формування готовності курсантів виконувати певні моделі професійної діяльності під час практичної підготовки. Навчання взірців професійної поведінки і установок можна досягти за умов цілеспрямованої організації освітнього процесу у вищій військовій школі, що передбачає участь курсантів у спеціально створених навчально-тренінгових ситуаціях професійного спрямування. З огляду на вищезазначене, впровадження тренінгових технологій у систему професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів Збройних сил України у вищих військових навчальних закладах створить передумови до підвищення ефективності їхньої підготовки через розвиток додаткових можливостей, здібностей і мотивації, сприятиме формуванню готовності до адекватної реакції на зміни під час службової діяльності, виконання бойових завдань, ухвалення самостійних рішень під час екстремальних ситуацій.

The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical problem that relates to improvement the effectiveness of process of training future officers in higher military educational institutions. The nature of the professional activities of military personnel who are directly involved in armed hostilities associated with the conditions of constant extremity: responsibility for the life and health of personnel, performance of tasks for the purpose intended, the need to make an informed decision under the influence of psycho-traumatic factors, etc. Despite the substantial interest of scientists on the problem the influence of profession on the personality, presently there are practically no studies on the presence and characteristics of formation and development of follow-up mechanism of psychoemotional stress among military personnel, that is interdependent with the performance of professional duties, as well as their decisive influence on the success of the activity, which largely depend on the results of actions purpose in for future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Professional training of future specialists in higher educational institutions provides the formation of the readiness of cadets to carry out certain models of professional activity during practical training. Training in patterns of professional behavior and attitudes can be achieved in the context of a purposeful organization of educational process in a higher military school, which implies the participation of cadets in specially created training situations on a professional direction. Considering above mentioned, the introduction of training technologies into the system of vocational training for future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in higher military educational institutions will create conditions for improving the efficiency of their training through the development of additional features, abilities and motivation, will contribute to the formation of readiness for an adequate response of changes during their official activities, performing combat missions, making independent decisions during extreme situations.
