Особливості гуманітарно-економічної підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичного виховання та спорту в середніх професійних школах Австрії

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню системи підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичного виховання та спорту в середніх професійних школах Австрії. Мета роботи полягає у вивченні та аналізі особливостей гуманітарно-економічної підготовки майбутніх вчителів фізичного виховання та спорту в середніх професійних школах Австрії. Первинною ланкою системи неперервної професійної підготовки педагогічних кадрів зі спорту та фізичної культури є середня професійна освіта, що забезпечує підготовку фахівців з фізичного виховання для галузі позашкільної спортивно-виховної роботи, дошкільного виховання, сфери оздоровлення і реабілітації, а також для системи шкільної освіти початкового і базового рівня. Здійснений аналіз навчальних планів і програм професійної освіти педагогічних кадрів з фізичної культури і спорту австрійських середніх професійних шкіл доводить, що дисципліни циклу гуманітарно-економічної підготовки спрямовані на попередження формування технократичного і вузькопрофесійного мислення майбутнього фахівця та на становлення духовно багатої особистості, яка володіє розвиненим почуттям соціально-професійної відповідальності.

The article is devoted to the study of the system of preparation of future teachers of physical education and sports in secondary professional schools in Austria. The purpose of the paper is to study and analyze the peculiarities of the humanities and economic constituent of future teachers of physical education and sport training in secondary professional schools in Austria. The primary link of the system of continuous professional training of pedagogical staff in sports and physical culture is secondary vocational education, which provides training for specialists in the field of extracurricular sports and educational activities, preschool education, health improvement and rehabilitation, as well as for the primary and basic school education system in general. An analysis of the curricula and programs of professional education of teaching staff in physical culture and sports of Austrian secondary vocational schools proves that the disciplines of the cycle of humanitarian and economic training are aimed at preventing the formation of technocratic and narrow professional thinking of a future specialist and the formation of a spiritually rich personality who has a developed sense of social and professional responsibility. Systemic, purposeful humanitarian and economic training serves to the formation of the personal culture of the future teacher, the development of its adaptability, autonomy and initiative, as the foundations for the high professional level. Therefore, this cycle of training is a kind of mechanism for the humanization of vocational education in the pedagogical specialty "Movement and Sport", defines the personality of the future teacher as the main value of the pedagogical process. Its content is aimed at developing a holistic personality, harmonizing the spiritual and physical strength, and increasing readiness to fully realize the capabilities in professional activity.
