У статті обґрунтовано комплексну фізичну терапію слабочуючих дітей 12-15 років з порушенням постави. Питанню фізичної реабілітації цієї категорії приділяють велику увагу, однак існує низка проблем, пов’язаних з особливостями розвитку їхньої рухової сфери, фізичного розвитку та фізичної підготовленості.
The article substantiates complex physical therapy of visually impaired children of 12-15 years with postural impairment. Physical rehabilitation in this category is receiving a great deal of attention, but there are a number of problems related to the peculiarities of the development of their motor sphere, physical development and physical fitness. Correction of the motor sphere of deaf children, the use of means and methods of physical rehabilitation becomes a necessary condition for solving the problem of their adaptation to the conditions of modern life. Children need to be trained in the rapid execution of a number of movements, to develop their motor response in games, to change the conditions of use of the formed skills and abilities. The use of sound in physical rehabilitation procedures helps to develop a sense of rhythm, vibrational sensitivity, to distinguish between slow and fast sounds, which contributes to the development of auditory perception. Purpose of therapeutic physical culture: correction of lag in physical development; acceleration of auditory rehabilitation; improving the overall condition through normalization and increasing the functional reserve of internal organs; overcoming general hypodynamia. In order to increase physical activity in physical rehabilitation procedures, it is recommended to use rhythmic music with pulsating color modes (red, yellow and green), appropriate to the task and structure of the physical activity performed by children.
