Організаційно-правові умови розвитку студентського спорту: закордонний та вітчизняний досвід

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано організаційно-управлінські умови розвитку студентського спорту на основі аналізу закордонного та вітчизняного досвіду. Визначено організаційну структуру управління студентського спортивного руху та розглянуто її рівні: міжнародні керівні організації, керівні та базові структури в Україні. З'ясовано та описано державну політика розвитку студентського спорту в Україні. Розглянуто нормативно-правову базу студентського спорту. Подано комплексну характеристику сильних і слабких сторін, а також можливостей та загроз розвитку студентського спорту в Україні у сучасних умовах. Установлено, що на шляху стратегічного розвитку студентського спорту необхідно створити такі організаційно-управлінські умови, які забезпечували б активізацію фізкультурно-оздоровчої та спортивно-масової роботи у закладах вищої освіти. Зокрема передбачається удосконалення матеріально-технічного, фінансового, нормативно-правового, навчально-методичного, інформаційного та організаційного забезпечення студентського спорту.

The article describes the organizational and managerial conditions for the development of student sports based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience. The organizational structure of the student sports movement management is determined and its level is considered: international governing organizations, governing and basic structures in Ukraine. The state policy of the development of student sports in Ukraine is described. The regulatory framework of student sports is considered. A comprehensive description of the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats of the development of student sports in Ukraine in modern conditions. It has been established that along the path of the strategic development of student sports, it is necessary to create such organizational and managerial conditions that would ensure the intensification of physical culture, health and mass sports work in higher education institutions. In particular foreseen the improvement of material, technical, financial, regulatory, educational methodological, informational and organizational support of student sports.
