Сучасні засоби фізичної терапії дітей дошкільного віку з функціональною недостатністю стопи на амбулаторному етапі

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано сучасні засоби фізичної терапії дітей дошкільного віку з функціональною недостатністю стопи на амбулаторному етапі. Використання різноманітних сучасних технологій фізичної реабілітації, переважно активних, їх оптимальне поєднання, вибір і обґрунтування тривалості застосування для профілактики та корекції патології стопи в дитячому віці є одним з пріоритетних напрямів сьогодення.

В статье обоснована современные средства физической терапии детей дошкольного возраста с функциональной недостаточностью стопы на амбулаторном этапе. Использование различных современных технологий физической реабилитации, преимущественно активных, их оптимальное сочетание, выбор и обоснование длительности применения для профилактики и коррекции патологии стопы в детском возрасте является одним из приоритетных направлений современности.

The article substantiates modern means of physical therapy of preschool children with functional foot deficiency at the outpatient stage. The use of various modern technologies of physical rehabilitation, mostly active, their optimal combination, the choice and justification of the duration of application for the prevention and correction of foot pathology in childhood is one of the priorities of today. One of the most important directions of the problem of rehabilitation in various diseases, injuries, deformations of the musculoskeletal system are: the invention of optimal programs of medical gymnastics for different contingents of children, the creation of new systems incorporating modern methods of physical intervention, testing the effectiveness of time-tested methods of non-traditional medicine, definition terms and most rational regimes the use of various methods of hydrotherapy for the treatment of organs of the musculoskeletal system, including flatfoot. The problem of functional and static insufficiency of the foot, especially in childhood, can be the cause of serious changes in the whole organism. Flatfoot is a deformation of the foot, or a disease of the musculoskeletal system of the foot, which is characterized by a decrease in the height of its longitudinal vaults, weakness of the muscles and the relationship between the foot and the shin, and the decrease in the physical capacity of the Czech. Flat-surface treatment is complex, continued. Widely used exercise therapy, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy, special footwear and insoles, suppositories, general hygiene products. At a significant flatness the correction reaches the plaster bandages with the fixation of the foot in a rudimentary position, and sometimes resort to surgical intervention.
