Перспективи підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії, ерготерапії на факультеті фізичного виховання

Abstract

Показана роль фахівця з фізичної реабілітації закладу вищої освіти з фізичного виховання і спорту, який володіє необхідними компетентностями, щоб забезпечити підбір засобів і форм лікувальної фізичної культури, розробку комплексів вправ, методику їх застосування на ранніх етапах лікування, здійснення планування і виконання програми подальшого функціонального відновлення хворого, виявлення резервних можливостей організму, тренування його з подальшою підготовкою до фізичних навантажень, повернення до активного суспільного життя. Здійснено аналіз навчальних планів першого (бакалаврського) рівня закладів вищої освіти, галузь знань 22 "Охорона здоров‘я" медичного спрямування та 01 "Освіта/Педагогіка", спеціальності 014.11 Середня освіта (Фізична культура), 017 Фізична культура і спорт, 014.14 Середня освіта (Здоров‘я людини). Розглянуто перспективи підготовки фахівців з фізичної терапії, ерготерапії на факультеті фізичного виховання, які здатні якнайкраще оволодіти необхідними спеціальними компетентностями, що забезпечать повноцінний перебіг реабілітаційного процесу.

The role of a specialist in physical rehabilitation of a higher education institution in physical education and sport with the necessary competencies is shown to ensure the selection of ways and forms of therapeutic physical culture, the development of complexes of exercises, the method of their application in the early stages of treatment, the implementation of planning and implementation of the program of further functional recovery of the patient, the identification of reserve capacity of the body, training it with the subsequent preparation for physical stress at home and in the performance of professional duties, return to active social life. The analysis of the curriculum of the first (Bachelor) level of institutions of higher education, the branch of knowledge 22 "Health" of the medical direction and 01 "Education / Pedagogy", specialty 014.11 secondary education (physical culture), 017 Physical culture and sports, 014.14 secondary education (Human Health) is made. The perspectives of preparation at the Physical Training Faculty the specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy, which are able to master the necessary special competencies to ensure the full course of the rehabilitation process, to carry out rehabilitation measures in order to stop or reduce pain, restoration of functions of tissues, organs, systems and the organism as a whole, achievement of the normal level of health, physical independence and activity, optimal physical condition and well-being of individuals (children and adults) with disturbances of locomotor apparatus, orthopedic defects, household, sports and professional injuries are considered. The teacher of physical culture has the opportunity to show to the younger generation that physical culture, sport and mobile way of life are the key to a strong human health.
