formation of physical culture and the balancing of the emotional sphere of the child. In the rapid pace of development of
technocratic society the popularity of healthcare-saving and healthforming technologies, which are characterized by educational
and developmental direction.
This is especially important during the formation of the child's personality, when it is necessary to maintain a balance
between the needs of the child in intellectual, cognitive, physical, psycho-emotional development. It is the Botmore gymnastics,
which is actively used in the Waldorf schools, aims at solving educational problems, appealing to the wisdom of Eastern philosophy
and pragmatism of European and American anthroposophy.
From the feeling of gravity, rhythm, physical exercises become emotional, immersed in the sensual world of themselves,
make it possible to realize their affiliation with the universe. Therefore, Botmerian gymnastics combines philosophical,
culturological, and physical aspects of personality development.
The modern system of Ukrainian education envisages the active use of the world-wide experience of European schools and
Waldorf's pedagogy since 2014 is officially recognized as an educational alternative program in Ukraine. Therefore, we consider it
appropriate to present the essence of one of the bright recreational and developmental techniques of this school.
Teachers-practitioners compare physical exercises from Botmerian gymnastics to painting, architecture, sculpture, plastic,
and during their execution they are opposed to the movements of goodness, openness, and joy from what you live. Smooth,
harmonious movements that have meaningful content are accompanied, envisage the balancing of human sensations in nature,
awaken the best emotions and create the prospect of creating the world around us, the world of goodness and love. We consider it
expedient to use Botmerian gymnastics as a necessary component in the harmonious development of the child.
