Застосування засобів фізичної реабілітації при порушеннях функції газообміну та гемодинаміки після резекції легень

Abstract

У статті показана ефективність певних засобів фізичної реабілітації хворим після резекції легень, підбір і застосування яких проводився на основі аналізу порушень функції газообміну та гемодинаміки, обумовлених перенесеною операцією.

The article shows the effectiveness of certain means of physical rehabilitation to patients after lung resection, the selection and use of which was carried out on the basis of an analysis of the disturbances in the gas exchange and hemodynamics caused by the transferred operation. Most complications after pulmonary operations are associated with hypoxia, which leads to secondary heart failure, pulmonary edema, impaired blood circulation, thrombosis, etc. The development of respiratory compensation processes in lung operations depends on the state of a healthy lung, a throat excursion and the state of the central nervous system. Therapeutic gymnastics in the postoperative period plays an important role in compensating for disturbed functions. Physical exercises and massage help to prevent a number of complications that can develop in the lungs and in the pleural cavity and secondary deformities of the chest. The result of the trophic action of physical exercises is the restoration of elasticity, mobility of the lungs. Improving blood oxygenation when performing respiratory exercises improves metabolic processes in the body and tissues.
