Generalization of a new tasks in the modern system of higher education requires rethinking of goals and approaches in educating students of higher educational establishments: avoiding dogmatic teachings with blindly copying exercises during physical education and moving to promoting self-development of a person who understands the basics of health saving education has personality-oriented focus on the strengthening personal health, responsible attitude to it, knows the best ways, means and methods to strengthen it.
We consider the individual-problematic method in classes on physical education of the students as a method of the developmental education, which involves facilitating the students awareness of personal problems (in their state of health, physical development or level of physical fitness, etc.), as well as self-searching (under the guidance and counseling the teacher) ways to solve these problems and training in drafting appropriate individual programs of the wellness, as well as their correction in later life, and to which is applied with the purpose of forming a creative personality capable of managing the preservation, restoration or improvement of one’s health and physical condition.
