У статті обґрунтовано комплексну фізичну терапію чоловіків 30-40 років із вертеброгенною патологією поперекового відділу хребта. Актуальність проблеми викликана тим, що поширеність вертеброгенної патології в економічно розвинених країнах, за даними експертів ВООЗ, досягла розмірів неінфекційної епідемії і є однією з найчастіших причин стійкої втрати працездатності.
In the article the complex physical therapy of men of 30-40 years with vertebrogenic pathology of the lumbar spine is substantiated. The urgency of the problem is caused by the fact that the prevalence of vertebrogenic pathology in economically developed countries, according to WHO experts, has reached the size of a non-communicable epidemic and is one of the most common causes of persistent disability. The main mechanism in the development of degenerative-dystrophic changes of the spine is a violation of microcirculation, slowing blood flow and swelling of the tissues. This leads to enzymatic and metabolic disorders, which reduces the normal delivery of oxygen, and as a consequence - the appearance of pain. The purpose of physical therapy of patients with vertebrogenic pathology of the lumbar spine is to restore the processes of physical performance, which is achieved by the development of an individual program of physical therapy, taking into account the severity of the pathological process and the individual characteristics of patients. At the present stage of development of society of particular social importance the problem of preservation and promotion of health, increase of physical condition, and also prevention of various kinds of chronic diseases of the population has become.
