Відновлення функції ходи у хворих з розривами ахіллового сухожилля

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальному питанню розривів ахілового сухожилля, що обумовлена зростанням частоти даної травми за останні роки. Частота підшкірного розриву ахілового сухожилля досягає 25–30 випадків на 100000 населення в рік і збільшується з кожним десятиліттям. Більша частина розривів відбувається під час занять аматорським спортом (до 70–90%). Це робить проблему реабілітації таких пацієнтів досить актуальною. Запропонований автором алгоритм застосування засобів фізичної терапії у післяопераційному відновлювальному лікуванні спортсменів з розривами ахілового сухожилля відрізняється від раніше створених методів застосування, починаючи з другого періоду, наявності нових методичних прийомів: постізометричної релаксацієї і аутомобілізацією триголового м'яза гомілки з метою більш швидкої ліквідації постімобілізаціоної контрактури гомілкового суглоба; використання серії статичних силових вправ, які доповнюють систему динамічних вправ, що сприяє більш швидкому відновленню силового потенціалу м'язів всього регіону зони операції.

The actuality of the problem of the Achilles tendon ruptures is due to the increase in the frequency of this trauma in recent years. The frequency of the subcutaneous breakdown of the Achill's tendon reaches 25–30 cases per 100,000 population per year and increases with every decade. Most of the breaks occur during amateur sports (up to 70–90%). This makes the problem of their rehabilitation quite relevant, especially since the number of publications devoted to postoperative rehabilitation of athletes is rather small and relates predominantly to the 70s of our century. The algorithm proposed for the use of physical therapy in postoperative regenerative treatment of athletes with ruptures Achill's tendons differs from previously established methods of application, starting with the second period. There are new methodical techniques in that program for athletes. That not used before: postisometric relaxation and autoimmunization of the trigeminal muscle of the leg for the purpose of more rapid elimination of the post momobilization contracture of the tibia; using a series of static force exercises that complement the system of dynamic exercises, which promotes faster recovery of muscle strength of the entire region of the operation. The developed program of postoperative rehabilitation consisted of three periods: immobilization, post-mitigation and rehabilitation. The results of their own investigations stated in the articles confirmed the advantages of the developed program of physiotherapeutic interventions.
