Ефективність застосування методу функціонального тренування у програмі фізичної реабілітації пацієнтів з наслідками гострого порушення мозкового кровообігу у пізньому відновному періоді

Abstract

У статті представлені результати стандартизованої оцінки динаміки стану і ступеня функціонального відновлення 73 постінсультних пацієнтів з використанням шкал і тестів, які застосовуються для діагностики та визначення обмежень життєдіяльності. Встановлено, що застосування методу функціонального тренування у програмах фізичної реабілітації у пізньому відновному періоді є новою альтернативою та шляхом збільшення функціональних можливостей пацієнтів з наслідками гострого порушення мозкового кровообігу та покращення їхньої адаптації.

This publication outlines the medical and social aspects of acute cerebral circulatory disorders, presents the basic principles of neurorehabilitation, highlights current trends and highlights problematic issues related to the correction of motor deficit in individuals with consequences of acute cerebral circulation disorders in the late recovery period. The conclusion was made about the need to develop special rehabilitation programs based on constant motor stimulation, taking into account the methodological approaches of the International Classification of Functioning. The results of a standardized assessment of the status and degree of functional recovery of 73 post-stroke patients using scales and tests used to diagnose and determine disability are presented. It has been established that the use of the functional training method in physical rehabilitation programs in the late recovery period is a new alternative and by increasing the functional capabilities of patients with the consequences of acute cerebrovascular accident and improving their adaptation.
