Особливості сутності конкурентоспроможності майбутнього тренера-викладача з виду спорту

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз педагогічної та соціологічної літератури щодо сутності конкурентоспроможності тренера-викладача з обраного виду спорту на ринку фізкультурно-оздоровчих та спортивно-масових послуг, проаналізовано питання підготовки конкурентоспроможних спеціалістів у системі професійної освіти, рівень та динаміка їх конкурентоздатності. В даній статті розкриваються такі поняття як: конкуренція, конкурентоспроможність. Основний зміст дослідження складається з аналізу поглядів різних вчених щодо різноаспектних теоретичних питань сутності поняття «конкурентоспроможність майбутнього тренера-викладача з обраного виду спорту». В статті сформовані якісні показники, які сприятимуть формуванню конкурентоспроможності тренера- викладача, підвищенню трудової мотивації і в подальшому – ефективності його праці, за рахунок забезпечення своєї зайнятості на ринку послуг та впевненості у її збереженні.

Modern reality is characterized by real competition in the labor market, the success of which depends on the quality of education and specialist training, his personal qualities that allow him to take his place in the social structure of society, to satisfy his needs for selfrealization. The purpose of the article is to analyze the pedagogical and sociological literature on the essence of the competitiveness of a trainer-teacher from a chosen sport in the market of physical culture and recreational and mass sports services, the issues of training competitive specialists in the vocational education system, the level and dynamics of their competitiveness are analyzed. This article covers such concepts such as competition, competitiveness, and graduates competitiveness. The main content of the study consists of an analysis of the views of scientists on the theoretical issues of the essence of the concept “competitiveness of the future coach-teacher”. The article has formed qualitative indicators that contribute to the formation of competitiveness of a coachteacher, increase in work motivation and in the future – the efficiency of his work, by ensuring his employment in the market of services and confidence in its preservation. The article is relevant because specialists whose personal qualities, knowledge and skills, attitudes meet the modern requirements of a market economy, provide physical education and sports organizations with competitive advantages in the modern labor market.
