Особливості змагальної діяльності у спортивному орієнтуванні на лижах

Abstract

У статті висвітлено змагальну діяльність лижників-орієнтувальників. Завдяки використанню різноманітних методів дослідження (спостереження, бесіда, анкетування), які проводились з провідними вітчизняними фахівцями та спортсменами, було виділено 10 основних напрямів у змагальній діяльності з лижного орієнтування, що безпосередньо пов'язані між собою. Ці види діяльності охоплюють період від моменту підготовки перед стартом і до фінішу змагальних дистанцій. Ґрунтуючись на аналізі та узагальненні даних наукових джерел, змагальна діяльність в орієнтуванні на лижах розподілена на 5 структурних одиниць. Було виділено наступні структурні одиниці: достартова підготовка, передстартова діяльність, рух по дистанції, робота з картою під час руху, відмітка контрольних пунктів. З метою оптимізації процесу передзмагальної та змагальної підготовки лижників-орієнтувальників структурні компоненти перебудовані в 10 алгоритмів. Це дозволило створити передумови щодо системного підходу не лише до процесу участі в самих змаганнях, а й до безпосередньої підготовки до них.

The article covers the adventurous activity in ski-orienteering. Through the use of a variety of research methods (observation, conversation, questionnaires) conducted with leading Ukrainian experts and athletes, 10 major areas of competitive ski orienteering activities that were directly related to each other were identified. These activities cover the period from the moment of preparation before the start and to the finish of the competitive distances. Based on the analysis and synthesis of data from scientific sources, competitive orienteering activities are divided into 5 structural units. The following structural units were allocated: garbage training, pre-start activities, distance movement, work with the map during movement, marking of control points. In order to optimize the process of pre-competitive and competitive preparation of skiers, the structural components are rebuilt in 10 algorithms. This made it possible to create preconditions for a systemic approach not only to the process of participation in the competitions itself, but also to the direct preparation for them. Thus, the study made it possible to decide the factors that determine the success of competitive ski orienteering activities. It is noted that the athlete's effectiveness depends entirely on the successful combination of various components in the process of preparation for competitive starts. The research, of course, does not cover all issues related to the activities of skier-orienteers in the process of competition. In the future perspective it is advisable to pay attention to studying the peculiarities of preparation for responsible starts of athletes of different qualifications. In addition, studies aimed at studying the technical aspects of the orienteering training in the pre-season period are noteworthy.
