Прояви лексичної інтерференції у підготовці майбутніх викладачів іноземної мови (на матеріалі англійської та французької мов)

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню явища інтерференції у підготовці майбутніх викладачів іноземної мови. Розмежовуються поняття інтерференції та трансференції. Розглядається зміст, причини виникнення та шляхи подолання лексичної інтерференції. Аналізуються типові прояви лексичної інтерференції. Зосереджується увага на понятті «фальшиві друзі перекладача» як одному з основних джерел лексичної інтерференції.

The article is aimed at studying the phenomenon of interference within the training of future foreign language teachers, in particular for teachers of two foreign languages. The essence and types of interference (as the transfer of mother tongue rules to a foreign language, which causes a great number of mistakes) at the lexical language level are viewed through positive interference that proves to be essential in facilitating language skill formation. The notions of negative and positive interference have been clarified on the basis of latest research in the methods of teaching. The conflicting nature of lexical interference has been accentuated, with an emphasis on the conflict interacting of language and speech mechanisms that participate in producing lexical interference. The author has demonstrated didactic and methodical ways of overcoming the phenomenon of interference while learning a foreign language 1 and 2. With the essence, reasons for emerging and possible ways of overcoming lexical interference being investigated in the article, special attention is paid to practical analysis of basic examples of lexical interference in the process of teaching a foreign language in linguistic institutions of higher education. The ways of overcoming lexical interference by a future foreign language teacher has been put in the focus of attention in the present article, while substantiating the importance of a contrastive approach. Characteristics of mistakes have been revealed. Potential lines of investigating interference in foreign language teaching have been identified.

Статья посвящена изучению явления интерференции при подготовке будущих преподавателей иностранного языка. Разграничиваются понятия интерференции и трансференции. Рассматривается содержание, причины возникновения и пути преодоления лексической интерференции. Анализируются типичные проявления лексической интерференции. Внимание сосредоточено на понятии «ложные друзья переводчика» как одном из главных источников лексической интерференции.
