Генеза становлення та розвитку управлінської деонтології

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема виникнення та розвитку управлінської деонтології як міждисциплінарної галузі знань, що вивчає особливості формування і механізми функціонування принципів та морально-етичних норм у сфері управління освітнім закладом. Розкрито етико-філософські, соціально-історичні, соціально-психологічні передумови її становлення, визначено етапи розвитку управлінської деонтології та розкрито особливості деонтологічного знання в межах кожного з них.

The article deals with the problem of appearance and development of management deontology as interdisciplinary branch of knowledge, which identifies the formation peculiarities, mechanisms of functioning principles, moral and ethical standards in school management sphere. Ethical and philosophical, social and historical, social and physiological preconditions of its becoming have been exposed. 5 criteria which have composed the comprehensive basis for period formation of management deontology becoming and development were determined: social and political, institutional, regulatory and functional, theoretical and narrative, ethical and deontological. The genesis stages of management deontology were defined. The regulatory basis analysis results of educational management questions were presented, educational periods, materials, works of national education leaders of different historical periods, which represent deontological knowledge development in the educational management sphere. The characteristic of each management stage development was given: – Late XIX cent. – early XX cent.- the period of deontological view approval in the context of national and patriotic priorities of administrative morality, the educational chief’s requirements formation and their professional behavior due to the radical change in social political, economic, social and cultural educational system functioning conditions. – The 30th – early 50th XX cent.- the period of management deontology stagnation. – Late 50th – 80th XX cent.- the period of management deontology problems elaboration within Marxist-Leninist ideology. – The 90th XX cent.- early XX cent. – the period of management deontology development in the context of recognition of management activity as a professional one. – From the early XXI cent. - until nowadays – the management deontology development modern stage, the period of its theoretical principles foundation and it’s statement as a separate professional deontology direction

В статье рассматривается проблема возникновения и развития управленческой деонтологии как междисциплинарной области знаний, изучающей особенности формирования и механизмы функционирования принципов и морально-этических норм в сфере управления учебным заведением. Раскрыты этико-философские, социально-исторические, социально-психологические предпосылки ее становления, определены этапы развития управленческой деонтологии и раскрыты особенности деонтологического знания в пределах каждого из них.
