У статті розглядається проблема професійної компетентності вчителя, як результату професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів, різноманітні наукові підходи до визначення професійної компетентності, професійної педагогічної компетентності. На основі наукових праць дослідників визначено аспекти професійної компетентності вчителів на сучасному етапі розвитку педагогічної науки, розкрито сутність поняття «професійна компетентність» через ключові компоненти професійної компетентності вчителя та їх зміст.
The article shows us the problem of professional competence of teachers, as a result of training future teachers, different scientific approaches to determine the professional competence, professional pedagogical competence. Based on scientific research papers identified aspects of professional competence of teachers in the current development of science teaching, the essence of the concept of "professional competence" because the main components of professional competence of teachers and their content. Reported that the professional competence of teachers - the concept of dynamic, multifaceted and multidimensional, its content varies according to the processes occurring in society and education. The structure of professional competence should also occasionally mutate, corrected due about modern development of science and practice. Questions definition content, forms, levels, mechanisms and structures of professional competence of teachers educational institution in need of further development, systematization, analysis and synthesis. Researchers developed and constantly improved main components of professional competence of teachers. The conclusion is that today the majority of scholars among the main position of professional competence of teachers derive productive competence in the first place and looking for it not only as the ability to work, and above all as the ability to create their own product, certain decisions, bearing responsibility for them, readiness and the need for creativity. From the professional competence of teachers depends on the formation of competitiveness of main competencies of pupils, their ability to enter the global world space, so improving the professional competence of teachers of secondary schools – one of the main directions of reforming the current system of education. Therefore, at the present stage of modernization of education special urgency and relevance to the issues of development and improving the professional competence of teachers in secondary schools.
В статье рассматривается проблема профессиональной компетентности учителя как результата профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей, различные научные подходы к определению профессиональной компетентности, профессиональной педагогической компетентности. На основе научных трудов исследователей определены аспекты профессиональной компетентности учителей на современном этапе развития педагогической науки, раскрыта сущность понятия «профессиональная компетентность» через ключевые компоненты профессиональной компетентности учителя и их содержание.
