Особливості фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку

Abstract

У статті досліджуються теоретичні особливості фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку. Зосереджено увагу на виховання фізичних якостей. Виявлено, що дошкільний період є одним з найбільш відповідальних періодів життя людини у формуванні фізичного здоров’я і культурних навиків, що забезпечують його вдосконалення, зміцнення і збереження в майбутньому. Останнім часом в Україні спостерігається несприятлива тенденція щодо погіршення стану здоров’я дітей дошкільного віку. Виявлено, що важливим напрямом фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного віку є використання різноманітних форм і засобів фізичного удосконалення, серед яких провідне місце відводиться ігровій діяльності. У переліку причин, що визначають, на думку багатьох вчених, ситуацію, що склалася, називають зниження загального рівня життя і соціальної захищеності населення, порушення екології місця існування, недосконалість системи медичного обслуговування, недостатнє фінансування освітніх установ і багато інших. На думку вчених, саме фізичне виховання є особливим видом діяльності, що сприяє вихованню кращих фізичних, моральних, інтелектуальних, психічних якостей і пов’язане з формуванням гармонійної особистості та її здоров’я.

The article deals with the theoretical peculiarities of physical education of children of preschool age. The focus is on the upbringing of physical qualities. It was revealed that pre-school period is one of the most responsible periods of human life in the formation of physical health and cultural skills, which ensure its improvement, strengthening and preservation in the future. Recently, Ukraine has an unfavorable tendency to deteriorate the health of children of preschool age. The preschool child today has been left virtually unattended by state educational institutions as well as by families, as families are engaged in problems of entering a certain material status than raising children. In the list of reasons that, according to many scholars, is the decline in the general standard of living and social protection of the population, violation of ecology of the habitat, imperfection of the system of medical services, insufficient financing of educational institutions and many others. According to leading scholars, physical education is a kind of activity that promotes the education of the best physical, moral, intellectual, mental qualities and is associated with the formation of a harmonious person and its health. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the role and place of physical education of preschool children are determined. It is proved that physical education is an important part of the system of education of a person. In turn, physical education as a system of measures aimed at the development of a growing body of a child should be considered a priority for all educational work with children. That is why pre-school physical education should form the level of health and the foundation of the physical culture of a future adult.
