Історичні аспекти розвитку змісту фізичного виховання школярів у освітніх закладах України в радянський період

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано завдання та зміст уроків фізичної культури у навчальних планах та програмах з фізичного виховання в окреслений період, виявлено тенденції та протиріччя становлення та розвитку уроку фізичної культури як основної форми фізичного виховання в українських закладах освіти у 20-80-ті рр. минулого сторіччя. Певна система фізичного виховання у школах була створена в Україні за радянських часів, основною формою якої був урок фізичної культури. Вивчення процесу становлення і розвитку уроку фізичної культури, аналіз навчальних планів і програм, вміле використання даного досвіду дозволить, на нашу думку, суттєво вплинути на наукові розробки у галузі фізичного виховання. Досліджування здійснювалось на матеріалах теоретичних, методичних праць та досвіду роботи загальноосвітніх шкіл колишньої УРСР.

The article analyzes tasks and content of physical education lessons in curricula and programs of physical education in the defined period, reveals tendencies and contradictions of formation and development of a physical education lesson as a main form of physical education in Ukrainian educational institutions in 20-80's of the last century. Economic hardships have greatly shifted accents of education, leaving behind problems of physical education. A modern school, due to excessive saturation of curricula, insufficient funding, can not successfully implement a process of physical education of pupils. This state of affairs requires a scientific substantiation of a problem of physical education in educational institutions, search for ways of its solving and implementing of results of theoretical research into a practice. A certain system of physical education at schools was created in Ukraine in Soviet times, a main form of which was a physical culture lesson. Studying the process of formation and development of a physical culture lesson, analysis of curricula and programs, a skillful use of this experience may significantly affect the scientific developments in a field of physical education. The research was carried out on materials of theoretical, methodological works and experience of work of secondary schools of the former USSR. It is clear that when designing the Soviet experience of creating principles of physical education, improving its content, one should avoid complete unification. We also took into account the presence of a significant practical ethnopedagogical work in fields of physical education, tempering, ecological culture of the body, etc. in historical past of Ukrainian people.
