Розглядається впровадження інноваційних технологій у навчання студентів педагогічних
університетів з метою підготовки майбутніх учителів математики нової генерації.Розкривається
сутність і структура тренінгів. Визначається основна метанавчальноготренінгу у методичній
підготовці майбутніх учителів математики – сформувати практичні навички і вміння та запобігти
типовим помилкам і труднощам майбутньої професійної діяльності. Аналізуються види тренінгів, які
доцільно використовувати у підготовці майбутніх учителів математики. Описуються особливості
використання навчальних тренінгів з метою підвищення пізнавальної активності студентів і розвитку їх
професійної компетентності. Розглядається тренінг на тему “Методика вивчення многогранників у
школі”.
The introduction of innovative technologies in teaching students of pedagogical universities with the aim of
preparation future teachers of mathematics of the new generation is considered. The essence and structure of
trainings are revealed. Determined the main purpose of the training in the methodical preparation of future
mathematics teachers – to form specific practical skills and abilities and prevent common mistakes and difficulties
in future professional activities.
The use of trainings in the methodical preparation of future teachers contributes the intensification of
education, the result of which is achieved owing to the participants’ active work. Knowledge during the training is
not given as a finished product, but becomes the output of the active work of the participants themselves. The
focus is on self-training of participants and their intensive interaction. The types of educational trainings that are
appropriate to use in the preparation of future teachers of mathematics are analyzed.
It has been established that it is advisable to conduct thematic trainings at a pedagogical university. In the
process of their realization, students not only gain knowledge and skills on a specific topic, but also acquire
important key competencies: communication and productive. The features of the use of educational trainings in the process of preparing future teachers of mathematics
with the aim of increasing students’ cognitive activity and developing their professional competence are
described.
Concrete examples of the organization and conduct of training sessions on the methods of teaching
mathematics are presented. It was found that in the preparation of future teachers of mathematics, it is advisable
to plan for conducting trainings on topics that are defined by the program or to consider actual problems that are
not included in the program, but are relevant to the modern school. It has been determined that responsibility for
the effectiveness of the training is shared equally by both the trainer and each participant in the training.
