В роботі розглядаються питання щодо рівня фізичної підготовленості кандидатів до вступу та курсантів,
під час навчання на першому курсі. Проаналізовано результати творчого конкурсу з фізичної підготовки за останні
чотири роки з фізичної підготовки. В досліджені прийняло участь 300 чоловік з яких 121 дівчина та 179 хлопців. До
результатів дослідження були віднесені основні контрольні нормативи з фізичних вправ направлених на розвиток
швидкості, сили та витривалості. Дослідження проводились протягом першого семестру навчання і було розділене
на 3 етапи: 1 – кандидати (за підсумками вступного екзамену, крім 2018 року вступу), 2 – початкова підготовка (3
тижні) та 3 – виконання контрольних вправ в кінці першого семестру.
Since 2018, the
entrance exam for physical training at the tax police department was canceled, therefore, we conducted a study on the level of
physical fitness of first-year cadets. The analytic work of results of the entrance exam for the last four years in physical training.
The researching involved 300 people including 121 are girls and 179 boys. Over the years the introduction has been analyzed:
2015 (all =92, w.- 38; m.- 54), 2016 (all =92, w.- 38; m.- 54), 2017 (all =45, w.- 16; m.- 29), 2018 (all=71, w.- 29; m.- 42).
The main control standards of physical exercises aimed at the development of speed, strength and endurance were
attributed to the results of the study. The studies were conducted during the first study session of study and were divided into 3
stages: First - candidates (following the results of the entrance exam, except for 2018 admission), Second - initial training (3
weeks) and Third - performing control exercises at the end of the first semester. According to the results of the survey, a
comparative description of preparation level of candidates (cadets) of the first year was conducted. The study was conducted in
three exercises: running at 100 m and 1000 m, bending and extension of arms in the emphasis lying – girls, pulling on the
crossbar - the boys. The analysis is conducted from the moment of entry and during the first study session.
The analysis of the selection of candidates for training show that in the last 4 years from the main indicators for cadets
who had a longer systematic approach to the formation of physical activity, the formation of training and development of physical
qualities, especially the power indicators of both boys and girls, is more clearly formed. High rates also tend to improve, but
mostly in girls. Indicators of endurance are more evolving in the cadets of the year 2018.
In our opinion, for the rapid development of the appropriate athletic level of sport, adaptation to training and
improvement of the level of physical fitness, changes in the recommendations for joining should be change, training and work
programs of "Special Functional Training" with the introduction of a functional training complex as an optimal option for the
formation of a proper level of training, which would include three areas: work with weight (rod, weights, etc.), any physical
exercise with personal weight ( on the bar, bars, rope) and cyclic exercises (running, swimming, cycling, hiking, jumping through the rope, long walking on stairs, etc.). It is desirable to exercise 3-4 times a week for 1,5-2 hours, and on weekends include
cyclic exercises. The formation of such a load and the creation of groups for attending "Special Functional Training" classes is a
prerequisite: the level of physical training, age, gender, individual physiological and mental characteristics.
