Кадрові потреби сфери оздоровчого фітнесу в Україні

Abstract

У статті актуалізується проблема кадрової потреби сфери оздоровчого фітнесу на ринку праці України. Вивчалася інформація Державної служби статистики за двома видами економічної діяльності: Секція R «Мистецтво, спорт, розваги та відпочинок» та Секція P «Освіта». Потреба роботодавців у працівниках з 2016 по 2018 роки зросла. Встановлено позитивну тенденцію відсоткового зростання середньомісячної номінальної заробітної плати відповідних фахівців по відношенню до середнього рівня такого ж показника в економіці. Аналіз інтернет сайту кадрового порталу HeadHunter також підтверджує наявну потребу у фітнес-персоналі. Авторами узагальнено вимоги роботодавців, керівників найбільш популярних мереж фітнес-клубів до претендентів на вакансії фітнес-персоналу (відповідальність, пунктуальність, працездатність, комунікабельність, наявність особистих досягнень, порядність, досвід, готовність до навчання, презентабельний зовнішній вигляд). Узагальнено також основні обов’язки: проведення персональних і групових тренувань, діагностики; складання програм індивідуальних занять, консультування клієнтів з питань здорового способу життя.

The fitness industry is currently one of the most promising areas in the service sector. The article actualizes the problem of staffing needs of the health fitness field on the Ukrainian labor market. The qualified staff is an important part of success of the fitness center. The information of two types of economic activity of the State Statistics Service was studied: Section R «Arts, Sport, Entertainment and Recreation» and Section P «Education». The need of employers in workers from 2016 to 2018 has increased. That means the professions that are included in these types of economic activity have been still popular. We think that this trend will continue in the near future, and the profession of fitness trainer will become one of the most sought. A positive trend was observed in the percentage growth of the average nominal salary of the relevant specialists in relation to the average level of the same indicator in the economy. The content analysis of one of the popular Internet sites of the staffing portal HeadHunter also confirms the need of fitness staff. The greatest need of employers is in the fitness trainers of group programs, in personal fitness coaches, whose duties, if necessary, can be performed by instructors of gyms or by physical rehabilitation. In the third place there is a need for aqua training coaches. The authors have generalized the requirements of employers, managers of the most popular networks of fitness clubs to applicants for vacancies of fitness staff (responsibility, punctuality, performance, sociability, the presence of personal achievements, decency, experience, readiness for learning, presentable appearance). The main duties have been also generalized: personal and group training, diagnostics; preparation of individual training programs, counseling clients on healthy lifestyle issues. Quite often, employers have sought to combine professions (fitness trainer / administrator; personal trainer but able to conduct group activities, etc.). Fitness clubs require highly skilled professionals who meet international standards. Prospects for further research are in developing a professional standard project for fitness staff.
