Практична реалізація концепції професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів мистецьких спеціальностей

Abstract

Проведене дослідження щодо визначення методичних передумов та наукових знань для створення, обґрунтування концепції професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів мистецьких спеціальностей. Здійснено теоретико-методичне узагальнення та формулювання методологічної основи роботи, а саме окреслення потреби створення концепції професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів мистецьких спеціальностей спрямованої на формування їхнього свідомого ставлення до формування та збереження професійного здоров’я. Розробка концепції передбачає врахування передумов реалізації професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки у закладах культури і мистецтв, зокрема соціально-педагогічних, особистісних (мотиваційних) та біологічних. Окреслено ряд концептуальних підходів, які слугують підґрунтям мети, завдань, принципів реалізації концепції: системний, гуманістичний, особистісно- орієнтований, індивідуальний, технологічний. Ключовими концептуальними підходами практичної реалізації професійно- прикладної фізичної підготовки студентів мистецьких спеціальностей є особистісний і діяльнісний підходи з врахуванням особливостей майбутньої професії. В статті представлено фрагмент практичної реалізації концепції на прикладі алгоритму технології корекції фізичного стану студентів спеціальності «Музичне мистецтво» спеціалізації «оркестрові духові та ударні інструменти».

The research was conducted to determine the methodological prerequisites and scientific knowledge for the creation, substantiation of the concept of vocational and applied physical training of students of artistic specialties. There has been made the theoretical and methodical generalization and formulation of the methodological basis of work, namely, the definition of the need to create a concept for professional and applied physical training of students of artistic specialties aimed at forming their conscious attitude towards the formation and preservation of professional health. The development of the concept involves taking into account the preconditions for the implementation of professional and applied physical training in institutions of culture and art, in particular, socio-pedagogical, personal (motivational) and biological. A number of conceptual approaches that serve as the basis for the purpose, tasks, principles of the concept implementation: systematic, humanistic, personality-oriented, individual and technological is outlined. The key conceptual approaches of practical implementation of vocational and applied physical training of students of artistic specialties are personal and activity approaches taking into account the features of the future profession. A fragment of the practical realization of the concept on the example of the technology of correcting the physical condition of students of the specialty "Musical art", specialization "Orchestral wind and percussion instruments" is presented in the article. In the process of technology implementation we took into account the state of the biogeometric profile of posture, the level of physical preparation, the use of modern physical culture and health technologies and non-traditional means of physical education in the process of vocational and applied physical training.
