Волейбол у фізичному вихованні студентів нефізкультурних закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

В статті розкрито значення волейболу на покращення рухової активності студентів нефізкультуриних закладів вищої освіти. Розкрито особливості навчально-тренувального процесу на заняттях з волейболу. Вивчено рівень здоров'я студентів нефізкультурних вузів. Показано, що модернізація системи фізичного виховання привела до значного скорочення аудиторних занять з фізичної культурі. Обґрунтовано ефективність застосування волейболу в процесі фізичного виховання студентів.

Раскрыты особенности учебно-тренировочного процесса на занятиях по волейболу. Изучен уровень здоровья студентов нефизкультурных вузов. Показано, что модернизация системы физического воспитания привела к значительному сокращению аудиторных занятий по физической культуре. Обоснована эффективность применения волейбола в процессе физического воспитания студентов.

The article reveals volleyball value for improvement of motor activity of students of non-physical education institutions of higher education. The peculiarities of the training process in volleyball lessons are revealed. The level of health of students of non-cultural higher educational institutions is studied. It was shown that the modernization of the system of physical education led to a significant reduction of physical education classes. The effectiveness of volleyball use in the process of physical education of students is substantiated. The level of health of modern student youth is a serious concern from the staff of medical institutions and pedagogical systems. Studies aimed at monitoring the health of students indicate not only significant deviations in the health of students, but also show the dynamics of a decline in health during their training in higher education institutions. Education in characterized by chronic emotional and intellectual load on the background of motor activity deficit, in connection with which the process of adaptation of students to the higher education institution is significantly slowed down. Since the necessary conditions for the normal functioning of the organism are the optimal motor activity, it becomes obvious that increasing the level of physical culture among students and their involvement in active lifestyle is a socio-pedagogical problem, the solution of which is to physically educate students during their professional training. At the same time, experts argue that improving the system of sports training and indicators of physical development of students positively affects the increase in their level of professional training.
