Творча місія вчителя розглядається як участь у гармонійному вихованні підлітків, наближаючи їх до
досконалості, до краси та гармонії. У статті обґрунтовано, що творча місія вчителя полягає в тому, щоб
активізувати розумову, емоційну творчу діяльність підлітків, навчити їх аналізувати музичні твори,
сприяти розширенню їхнього культурологічного досвіду, створювати умови для естетичного розвитку в
умовах навчальної та позанавчальної діяльності.
The processes of radical change in the education today create a favorable ground for the formation of
universal values in the adolescent environment. The most important thing in this process is that the synthesis of art education forms and types joined with the personal needs of teenagers should be an indicator of
meaningful classes and extracurricular work. Music itself takes the most significant place in this process by
means of a teacher of musical art. The educational effect on the teenage environment depends on the level of
professional culture and the personal creative potential of a teacher.
The article describes the music art teacher’s creative mission as a high-priority sphere of communication
in a teenagers community. The notion “creative mission” is disclosed as the permanent involvement into
harmonious upbringing of teenagers, that approaches them to the understanding and acceptance of the
perfection and the beauty of the art, reflects aesthetic competency and performs cognitive and professional
role in teenagers’ creativity development. The author defines the functions of the creative mission, namely,
the stimulation of the cognitive, emotional and creative teenagers activity, facilitation of their cultural
experience extension , formation of conditions for harmonious development in the system of extra curricular
education.
The analysis of scientific concepts shows the significance of this problem and allows us to trace the
evolution of the teacher's creative mission as a priority area of communication in the adolescent environment.
The value of this development is the introduction of the new cultural and educational space, which should be
focused on the basis of teenagers spiritual culture formation.
The rapid urbanization, that has been observed lately, has caused the destruction of aesthetic reserves of
adolescents. That is why the creative mission of a teacher of musical art is to influence positively on the
spiritual principle in the field of communication. Harmonious pedagogical management helps teenagers in
this complicated, controversial process of intellectual growth. Creative teacher influences pupils’ whole
spectrum of formed inner world quality of teenagers.
The process of adolescents' perception of musical images recorded in sound forms, at different levels of
the artistic form of the work, includes the understanding of melodic signs, the way of thinking of adolescents
(realistic or romantic). In co-creation with the author of a musical composition, the teacher acts as an
intermediary between music and adolescence, music and life.
Therefore, we have reason to assert that one of the components of the creative mission of the teacher of
musical art is the consistent formation of the spiritual consciousness of adolescents, their comprehension of
the world of musical values, which will further contribute to the awakening of emotionality and sensitivity.
