концепції Дж.Ріфкіна. Сучасний світ зробив величезний стрибок завдяки економічному зростанню людства за останні два століття. Наукові відкриття дозволили поєднати технологічну революцію з інформаційною, енергетичною, соціальною. Але перші НТР спираються на масштабне використання ресурсів планети, які є вичерпними, а тому перед людством постають нові виклики. Серед них збереження екології, перехід промисловості з використання викопних джерел на джерела відновлюваної енергетики, побудова людських спільнот на горизонтальних зв'язках за допомогою мережі Інтернет, формування нового типу суспільної свідомості — такі трансформації бачить Дж.Ріфкін в сучасних умовах і на їх основі пропонує практичну модель нового суспільства.

Society - the concept of Dzh.Riffin. The modern world has made a huge jump due to the economic growth of humanity over the past two centuries. Scientific discoveries made it possible to combine technological revolution with informational, energy, social. But the first R & D relies on the large-scale use of the resources of the planet, which are exhaustive, and therefore facing new challenges to mankind. Among them are preservation of ecology, the transition of industry from the use of fossil sources to sources of renewable energy, the construction of human communities on horizontal links through the Internet, the formation of a new type of social consciousness - such transformations sees Dzh.Riffin in modern conditions and on their basis offers practical model of a new society.
