Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of development of the creative personality of a junior schoolboy. In this article the analysis of the scientific literature on the investigated issue is made and on the basis of it the role of playing activity in the
development of child’s creative potentialities in the period of junior school age is defined. The meaning of child’s imagination in the creative selfrealization of the person is substantiated. The controversies are distinguished which are the leading force in
the development of personality’s creative activity.
