Емпатія як індикатор готовності студентів фізкультурно-спортивної галузі до майбутньої професійної діяльності

Abstract

Висвітлено результати експрес-діагностики емпатії 45 студентів 2-го курсу. Встановлено, що студенти обох статей найбільш емпатійні до батьків (1-й ранг), при чому юнаки більш емоційно пов’язані з ними, аніж дівчата. Найменшу емпатію (6-й ранг) показали студенти до тварин. Виявлено, що за всіма шкалами емпатії в обох статей домінує середній рівень (69,4 % серед хлопців і 74,5 % серед дівчат), що свідчить про опитаних студентів, як про людей, що не належать до особливо чутливих, однак емоційні прояви інших їм не чужі. Висунуто припущення, що емпатію як специфічну здібність людини до співпереживання і співчуття можна тестувати в якості індикатора для: 1) відбору/добору майбутніх спеціалістів професійного спрямування фізична культура і спорт, 2) отримання інформації щодо готовності до ефективної професійної діяльності. Отримані результати вказують на необхідність розробки специфічних і адаптованих до фізкультурно-спортивної галузі «емпатійних опитувальників», які мають входити у відповідну психограму і професіограму спеціаліста.

The study was attended by 45 students of the second year, of which 32 boys and 13 girls who studying in a specialized institution of higher education in physical culture s and sports. Ranking the empathy scales by the average score ( ) found that the students of both sexes are the most empathic to their parents (1st grade), with the young men being more emotionally related to their parents than girls. The lesseest empathy (6th rank) was show by students to animals. Students have a greater empathy for strangers (rank 2) than for children (4th grade) or for the elderly (3rd rank). It has been shown that both male and female students are most empathically oriented to those from whom they are dependent (for example, empathy to their parents) and to those who are interested in real life (e.g. empathy to strangers and unfamiliar people), because the irreal scale of empathy (heroes of artistic works) showed low empathy. On all scales of empathy of both sexes the average level prevails (69.4% among boys and 74.5% among girls) which testifies to interviewed students as people who not belonging to particularly sensitive, but emotional manifestations of others are not alien to them. It is suggest that empathy as specific abilities of a person to empathy and compassion can to use as an indicator for: 1) selection of future professional specialists in the field of physical culture and sports; 2) receiving information about readiness for effective professional activity. The results show that the need to develop "empathic questionnaires" specific and adapted to the physical culture and sports industry, which should be included in the corresponding psychodramas and professional specialty.
