Мотиваційно-ціннісний критерій професійної готовності майбутніх працівників патрульної поліції

Abstract

У статті висвітлено експериментальну перевірку впливу запропонованих новацій професійної підготовки на динаміку показників мотиваційно-ціннісного критерію професійної готовності майбутніх працівників патрульної поліції. У експерименті брали участь слухачі курсу первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських Національної академії внутрішніх справ (n=61). Слухачі КГ (n=30) навчалися за чинною професійною програмою, ЕГ (n=31) – відповідно до проекту професійної підготовки, що реалізовувався завдяки цілеспрямованому розвиткові професійно важливих якостей (фізичних, психологічних, комунікативних); застосуванню ситуаційних завдань під час опанування тактичної і вогневої підготовок; використанню варіативних ситуаційних задач під час проходження рольових ігор (сценаріїв). Математичне опрацювання результатів тестування слухачів ЕГ на формувальному етапі педагогічного експерименту засвідчило достовірне підвищення досліджуваних показників (р<0,05). Такі результати дають підстави стверджувати про позитивний вплив запропонованих новацій на розвиток показників мотиваційно-ціннісного критерію професійної готовності майбутніх поліцейських.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the project of vocational training on the dynamics of indicators of the motivational-value criterion of professional readiness of future employees of the patrol police. On the basis of a thorough analysis of special literature, the definition of «professional training of future police officers» is defined as a purposeful and systematic process of acquiring the students of professional and theoretical knowledge, the formation of professional and practical skills and the development of a set of professionally important qualities determined by the specifics of law enforcement activities and their subsequent updating and improving in the process of service activities and training in the police training system. The effectiveness of the proposed innovations was verified by conducting a pedagogical experiment in which participants of the course of initial training of police officers at the National Academy of Internal Affairs (n=61) participated. According to the developed project of the system of vocational training implemented in the following directions: (1) purposeful development of professionally important qualities (physical, psychological, communicative); 2) the application of situational tasks during the acquisition of tactical and fire preparations; 3) the use of variational situational tasks during the passing of role-playing games (scenarios). Establishing the level of formation of the motivational-value criterion of professional readiness foresaw the definition of three indicators: «motivation for vocational training»; «The ability to self-assess the level of professional readiness»; «The ability to professional self-development and self-improvement». The mathematical analysis of the results of the testing of EG students at the formative stage of the pedagogical experimentshowed a significant (p <0,05) increase in the development of the isolated indicators. Motivation for vocational training increased by 13,5%; the ability to self-assess the level of professional readiness – by 7,6%; the ability to professional self-development and selfimprovement – by 9,6%. Such results give grounds for confirming the positive impact of applied innovations on the development of indicators of the motivational-value criterion of the professional readiness of future patrol police officers.
