Використання інфо-комунікаційних технологій у процесі фізичного виховання учнівської та студентської молоді

Abstract

Встановлена необхідність впровадження комп’ютерних технологій у фізичне виховання учнівської і студентської молоді як для діагностики здоров’я, фізичного розвитку, рухових показників, так і для педагогічного контролю. Розроблено загальний алгоритм користування програмним продуктом «Мультимедійна хрестоматія» на базі MS Producer, «Електронний журнал з фізичної культури» та сфери використання комп’ютерних програм в освітньому процесі під час занять фізичними вправами. Виділено можливості і переваги розробленого програмного продукту перед уже існуючими програмами, що розповсюджені як в Україні, так і в іноземних країнах. Визначено шляхи використання програмного забезпечення в процесі занять різними видами спорту та показана можливість застосовувати різні гаджети з метою здійснення оперативного контролю при умові розробки методичних матеріалів для оцінки отриманих результатів.

The necessity of introducing computer technologies into the physical education of students was established for the diagnostics of health, physical development, motor performance, and for pedagogical control. It is shown, that while using information and communication technologies in the process students’ physical education, it is necessary to solve several problems. The first task involves development of educational and methodological support of the new generation, whi ch includes multimedia teaching materials and electronic textbooks in the distance learning applications. The second task is to develop and use computer tests and electronic software to determine the success of the participants in the educational proces s. Regarding the third task, recent appearance of wide range of sports and fitness bracelets, smart watches, etc., provides an opportunity to assess youth physical condition directly during exercises. However, at the same time, there is currently no methodological support for analyzing and evaluating the results obtained with the help of various gadgets. The general algorithm of using the software Multimedia Chrestomathy based on MS Producer, Electronic Journal of Physical Culture and the spheres of using computer programs in the educational process during physical exercises were developed. The opportunities and advantages of the developed software product prior to the existing programs, which are distributed both in Ukraine and in foreign countries, are allocated. The paper identifies ways of using the software in the process of studying various sports and shows the possibility of using different gadgets for the purpose of operational control, in case of methodological materials development for the resul ts evaluation.
